Details about the Equipment:

Less-Pressure Lead Edge Feeder Unit:

1. The double rubber feeding roller less pressure system design effectively reduces the damage to the cardboard. More beautiful in full-page printing.

2. The paper feed rubber roller adopts a quick shaft change design, and the rubber roller can be replaced by simple operation.

3. Dust removal system, Electrostatic removal device, brush dust removal and powerful inverter fan, combined with the dust removal of the sticky roller, the dust removal effect is optimal.

 4. lt is equipped with a 17-inch industrial camera screen, which is convenient for the operator in Front of the machine to observe the running status of the blanking machine stacking machine and adjust it in time.

Printing Unit (Vacuum Transfer & Ceramic Roller & Doctor Blade Type)

1. The whole machine adopts advanced vacuum adsorption transmission system, Advantages: smooth transfer of paperboard, more accurate printing coloring.

2. The printing unit adopts a ceramic roller and doctor blade. The ceramic roller LPI can be selected from 300-800. The wear resistance of the ceramic anilox roller is more than ten times that of the conventional hard chrome-plated roller.

3. The doctor blade can extend the service life of the ceramic roller relatively, and the plastic scraper blade can well delay the wear speed of the ceramic roller, and the open structure is not easy to damage ceramic roller.

4. The whole operation of the whole machine realizes the automatic adjustment on the touch screen. The pressure adjustment part greatly reduces the manual use; according to the thickness of the printing plate, the printing cylinder and the wind direction, The pressure between the two is automatically adjusted.

5. Printing color register precision is +0.5mm.

Varnish Unit:

Dryer Unit:
